ordering instruction 1.)we ship two years or older bare-root plants from september through january by air.only those plants going to the warmer zones are shipped in oct or nov. 2.)for international buyers the minimum amount of ordering should be 200peonies or valued at 2000$.for the reason we need to dig up trim,deal with medicine treatment,package,immune,customs and export license , 3.)by the regulations of plant import &export,we should cut away the destructive parts and organic impurities,deal with rinsing,sterilization and baring the root.the package should be kept in line with the international standard,the young plant should be kept in the bags which would maintain certain moisture.the mini-container would be served in shipment and airmail. 4.)the following documents would be attached in the no 1box:plant genus,species,color,code list of cargo,certificate for immune or copy of documents of shipment. to place an order,you have the following choices: 1.)fill out our online order form and send it to us by clicking submit button on the screen. 2.)fill out our online order form and print it out,and then fax it to +86-379-64312410. please send payment with your order.all payment must be in u.s.currency. some varieties may be sold out early.in that case,we would like you to make a second choice . we take orders all year round.for those orders which come in late for this year's planting,we will either ship it to you before the next planting season or give you a refund. all plants are shipped by united parcel service.upsrequires a street address,and will not deliver to a post office box number.email:webmaster@peony-flower.com
